Holidays! A time a grieving for many.
After my grandma passed my grandfather spent the Holiday weekend with my family. He drown his sorrows in Windsor and spent most of the time on the back porch chain smoking. He passed the following summer. I was close to him. He lost himself when he lost her. As I talked with him over the following months he became more detached from reality and spoke of himself as if he was already gone.
I figured country music best to express the sentiments.
